The NACD Auxiliary Officers presented the completed quilt at the                                                     NACD Summer Board Meeting/Legislative Conference - July 2013

Quilt tickets are being sold to support the NACD/Auxiliary Poster and Photo Contest.

Please remember to bring items for the NACD Auxiliary Country Store in the EXPO.

NACD Auxiliary Business Meeting will be held Sunday morning from 8:30 to 10:30 AM

following the Inspirational program which begins at 7:30 to 8:15.

Some of the times on Sunday may seem a little earlier than normal.  This year the Super Bowl falls on this Sunday and there will be a special event in the afternoon this day.

NACD Auxiliary Quilt Update for 2013

The NACD Auxilary held their yearly meeting at the 2013 NACD Annual Meeting.  One of the topics of discussion was the yearly quilt.  Many states faithfully send in their square with the theme, but over the past several years the Quilt chairman has had to go outside of the group to get almost 1/2 of the squares completed.  And the number increases each year.  The members in attendance voted to have a quilt made for the auction for 2013 which will be raffled off at the 2014 NACD annual meeting.  This quilt project is an important component of the NACD Auxilary as it funds the winning funds for the national poster contest and photo contest each year.  We hope you support the new format, and buy and sell tickets to support the eduction and outreach of the Auxiliary.  And a big thank you to all of those who submitted the yearly quilt squares.

Here is a sneak peak of the quilt prior to it being quilted.  A full photo of the quilt will be provided here and for any of your state or regional meetings to assist in the the sales.
