2011 Auxiliary QUILT - FORESTRY THEME

Each Year the NACD Auxiliary designs a quilt and sells raffle tickets to raise money to support their education activities and prize money for the national poster and photo contest winners.

2011 is the International Year of Forests. NACD’s education materials and Stewardship theme will be designed around the forestry theme as well.

Tickets will be sold for the quilt that will represent all US States and Territories. The quilt blocks will feature the theme of Forestry such as: state tree, state tree leaf; products made from state tree or other design that represents forestry.

Tickets will be sold by state auxiliary. The quilt and blocks will be available for view (as they are completed)on this site.

The winner ticket will be announce at the NACD 2011 Annual Conference in Nashville, TN held at the Gaylord. If the winner is not present the quilt will be shipped. Visit www.nacdnet.org for additional information on the 2011 NACD Annual Meeting.
